Each piece of jewellery has been carefully handmade in our workshop in Barcelona, using recycled glass and the magic of fire.

Being completely handmade, each piece is unique and may have small imperfections that make it special and authentic.

 

How to care for it

Suplais pieces are delicate, and with the right care they can accompany you for many years.

 

We recommend:

- Avoid knocks or falls that could cause breakage.

- Store them individually to avoid scratches or scratches.

Cleaning

To restore the shine to your jewellery, you can clean it with a soft cloth dampened with glass cleaner or water and neutral soap.

This method preserves the transparency and colour of the glass without damaging it.

 

Repair service

 If your part is damaged, we offer a repair service.

To find out if it is possible to repair it, please write to us at hello@suplais.shop with a clear photo of the jewel.

 All our pieces have a six month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers repair costs within that period. 

 

Shipping is at the customer's expense and repairs are subject to availability of materials.
