1.How do I care for my jewelry?

Our glass jewelry is made to be worn and enjoyed. Avoid dropping it or exposing it to harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to keep it looking fresh.

2. Are your pieces durable?

Absolutely! Our jewelry is crafted to be unique and wearable. Treat it like any fashion accessory—handle with care, but wear it confidently every day.

3. Can I customize a piece?

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We handcraft each piece on demand to minimize overstock, so preparation takes 4–8 days depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

5. Can I return an item if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?

Yes! Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

6. How do I request a return?

Email hello@suplais.shop with the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”, and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and send instructions if approved.

 

7. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, due to the nature of our recycled glass pieces, items damaged by wear and tear cannot be returned.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

9. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
